Fee: $70.
Insurance Clients pay their co-payment and/or deductible.
EAP (Employee Assistance) Programs need prior authorization. and pay no fee for authorized sessions.
Limited sliding scale.
Private Pay.
Compsych, Recuro, Curalinc, Open Path and other Plans are accepted.
We are unable to accept AHCCCS/Medicaid Plans.
We provide counseling for adults only.
